Patrizia Di Benedetto is a Senior Client Services Coordinator at Ebco Group, responsible for drafting client due diligence reports, preparing national and international contracts, and managing the administrative and economic aspects of transactions from inception through to completion.
She oversees the incorporation, administration and liquidation of companies in Switzerland and abroad, supports trust structuring and setup, and manages banking relationships on behalf of clients. Patrizia also assists shareholders, partners and beneficiaries in corporate matters, including litigation support and securities transaction oversight.
