Emanuele Bozzone founded Ebco Fiduciaria SA in Chiasso in 2000, after beginning his career as a fiduciary in Switzerland following his graduation from Bocconi University. With over three decades of experience in fiduciary, tax and corporate advisory, he has built the firm from a local Swiss practice into an integrated independent group serving private clients and families across multiple jurisdictions.

In 2004, Emanuele expanded the group’s offering to include trustee services, obtaining STEP membership and establishing Ebco Trustee Services. The asset management function followed, with FINMA authorisation obtained in 2023 and SEC registration in 2025.

Beyond Ebco, Emanuele has served as Chairman of the Council of AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP, one of the largest real estate development companies in the Baltic States, and maintains an extensive international network of professional and banking relationships built over three decades.
